The long and short of it -

Corduroy launched a purely instrumental debut album inspired by 70s film soundtracks (and art teachers) on an unsuspecting public in 1992.
They treated deprived souls to a plethora of wah-wah guitar ('Chowdown'), intricate basslines ('Frug in G Major') and some serious action in the funk department on the ivories ('How to Steal the World', 'Skirt Alert').
The result is a complex album to which you can seriously lounge!
Highlights include the cool groove of 'Ponytail', funky clav classic 'Money is', The suspiciously Eurotrash 'Electric Soup' and the howling geetar riffs and razor sharp percussion of 'E-Type'.
